  • Perform regular code reviews to ensure the quality of the codebase.
  • Develop new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience.

  • The ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality software quickly, with only a high-level direction
  • Strong attention to detail and performance
  • Experience in developing Windows desktop applications and modules
  • Experience with .NET 10 LTS.
  • Experience with Win32 APIs and P/Invoke
  • Experience with process management, Windows permissions, and safe system-level change

  • Experience profiling real performance issues and optimizing measured hot paths, not guessing

Required Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of C#
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop applications
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Has worked on C# console applications
  • Experience with process management, process priority, permissions, handles, services, and Windows startup behavior
  • Experience building IPC flows between C# and Electron/web UI

Other Useful Skills

  • A passion for PC or console gaming
  • Experience integrating C# with Electron through CLI, named pipes, sockets, or other IPC
  • Experience with Native AOT
  • Experience with Windows performance tooling, diagnostics, or low-level debugging
  • Experience working on game launchers, anti-cheat-sensitive environments, system utilities, or performance tools
  • Experience with C++
  • Bonus points if you have experience with two-handed swords!
