Lethal Company is a co-op horror game about raiding abandoned industrial moons for scrap while trying not to die in ridiculous ways. Its technical needs are modest, but voice chat, darkness, physics, and creature behavior do a lot of the work in making every run feel tense or hilarious.
Its co-op magic comes from conversation. Friends split up, panic over scrap value, argue about risk, and accidentally turn every mission into a horror-comedy sketch. The visuals are deliberately rough around the edges, but that only helps the atmosphere, making the fear feel immediate and unpolished in the right way.
