SONS OF THE FOREST

Sons of the Forest builds on the original game's survival horror by adding a stranger island, smarter AI companions, and a more detailed sense of presence in the world. Crafting and base building are still there, but the real hook is the unease.

The sequel keeps the uneasy survival loop of the first game, but wraps it in a more polished and reactive wilderness. It still works best when shelter-building, scavenging, and exploration are constantly interrupted by the suspicion that the island is watching and learning from what you do.
