Performance shouldn’t be a mystery.

I’m Stan, founder of Hone. A few years ago, I was trying to get better at Minecraft PvP, but something didn’t feel right. I was practicing nonstop but wasn’t improving. Inputs felt delayed, FPS dropped at random, and nothing seemed to fix it. So I started testing things by adjusting system settings, turning off background apps, and making changes one by one. Eventually, my PC felt faster, more responsive, and I started playing better.

That’s when I realized most people never get to experience what a properly optimized PC can do. They think it’s a skill issue, but often it’s their system holding them back.

From there, I decided to turn what I’d learned into something others could actually use. I started Hone because performance shouldn’t be a mystery. It should be simple, reliable, and accessible to everyone.

Our goal is to become the most trusted PC performance companion in the world. Something you can rely on, shaped by real players and a community that cares.
